The Long Island Housing Partnership invites eligible applicants to apply to the Plus One ADU Program (The "Program"), an initiative to create and improve accessory apartments in the Town of Brookhaven. Depending on the property and what the locality permits, ADU's may be small, basement apartments, garage conversions, or other permitted units.

Funds are provided through the New York State Housing Trust Fund Corporation ("NYSHTFC"). The maximum grant available is $125,000.

The LIHP staff is available to assist with application, and answer questions about eligibility requirements.
