DEFAULT AND FORECLOSURE PREVENTION COUNSELING

If you are having trouble paying your mortgage, the Long Island Housing Partnership is here to help. Scam companies will ask for hundreds or thousands of dollars up front to help you. Do not pay them. Our counseling is FREE. Funding from the government and philanthropic organizations lets us help you avoid foreclosure.

Counseling is available in English and Spanish, as well as in over 150 languages (including for the hearing impaired) upon request. Appointments are available virtually, Monday to Friday. If you would like an appointment call us at 631-435-4710.
