AFFORDABLE/WORKFORCE HOUSING PROGRAM

Bayport Gardens LLC (Sponsor) is now accepting Applications on a first-come first-served basis, for new affordable/workforce condominiums in Bayport Gardens located in Bayport.

Bayport Gardens is a senior condominium complex. Each home contains three (3) bedrooms and two and half (2.5) baths. Applicants are urged to consult and review the Offering Plan prepared and submitted by Sponsor, as available. Please contact the Sponsor directly for information regarding the Offering Plan. A copy of the Offering Plan is available from the Sponsor by emailing james@northwindgroup.com

Units will be affordable to households with income that does not exceed 100% of the HUD area median income.

Income Limits:

The purchase price is set at $494,700.

PLEASE CONSULT THE PROGRAM GUIDELINES FOR INCOME LIMITS AND OTHER PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS. SUBMISSION OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION OR DETERMINATION OF INCOME ELIGIBILITY DOES NOT GUARANTEE ELIGIBLITY FOR A UNIT.

Applicants are advised that this is a condominium comples and this is not an offer to sell. Applicants are urged to consult and review the Offering Plan prepared and submitted by Sponsor, as available. There is a $50 non-refundable fee to apply.

Country Pointe Preserve is part of an overall development located within The Meadows at Yaphank Planned Development District site containing approximately 322 acres known as The Meadows at Yaphank. Country Pointe Preserve is intended to consist of 152 units broken down into three (3) condominiums, Condominium I, Condominium II, and Condominium III, with each condominium being a member of the homeowner's association. If fully constructed, the Sponsor will build 16 new affordable condominium homes.
