Bayport Gardens LLC (Sponsor) is now accepting Applications on a first-come first-served basis, for new affordable/workforce condominiums in Bayport Gardens located in Bayport.

Bayport Gardens is a senior condominium complex. Each home contains three (3) bedrooms and two and half (2.5) baths. Applicants are urged to consult and review the Offering Plan prepared and submitted by Sponsor, as available. Please contact the Sponsor directly for information regarding the Offering Plan. Units will be affordable to households with income that does not exceed 100% of the HUD area median income.

There is a $50.00 fee to apply.
