The Long Island Housing Partnership (LIHP), in cooperation with Bayport Gardens LLC (the "Sponsor") and the Town of Islip, is now accepting lottery applications for thirty (30) new affordable/workforce condominiums in Bayport Gardens located in Bayport.
The thirty (30) new units will be affordable to households with income that does not exceed 100% of the HUD area median income (AMI).
THERE IS A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE TO APPLY.
The purchase price is set at $468,600.

Bayport Gardens is a senior condominium complex. Each home contains three (3) bedrooms and two and a half (2.5) baths. Applicants are urged to consult and review the Offering Plan prepared and submitted by Sponsor, as available. Please contact the Sponsor directly for information regarding the Offering Plan.

Bayport Gardens Senior Affordable/Workforce Housing Program Guidelines
The Community Land Trust Affordable Housing Program will consist of affordable single family affordable housing units located in Nassau and Suffolk Counties, New York. The homes will consist of one and two story design with 3 or 4 bedrooms and 1 and one-half or 2 bathrooms. These homes will be offered to eligible households at 80% or less of the area median income. LIHP, as developer, will be responsible for implementing and administering the Affordable Housing Program under the Program Guidelines. In order to be eligible to participate in the Affordable Housing Program, a first-time homebuyer must meet all the requirements described within the program guidelines. A $100 application fee is required at time of submission of online application. This fee is paid through a secure online payment processing transaction in order to complete your application submission. These standards reflect the objective that the housing being developed is affordable to and sustainable by the borrower. Only one application is allowed. Applicants who submit more than one application will be disqualified. After being submitted, any changes to an application must be requested in writing and must be approved by the program review committee. Applications are now available on a first come, first served basis and applications will be ranked after the applicants that were ranked through the initial lottery. An applicant who is determined to be eligible will be offered a home to purchase. The applicant must, subsequently, begin the home buying process. Should the applicant not move forward in purchasing the home, LIHP will move on to the next name on the list. Please review the Program Guidelines prior to submitting an application!! The Long Island Housing Partnership (LIHP), in cooperation with the Nassau County Land Bank Corporation (the "Developer") is pleased to announce that it is accepting applications on a first-come, first-served basis, for one (1) newly constructed home in the Village of Hempstead located at 147 Harvard Street, Hempstead, New York.
One 3-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom unit is available to households with income that does not exceed 80% of the Nassau/Suffolk area median income (AMI) as determined by HUD and adjusted for household size.
THERE IS A $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE REQUIRED BY DEVELOPER.
